If you need to cancel
- 3 or more days before (72+ hours): full 100% refund.
- 24 to 72 hours before: non-refundable, but you can reschedule or take a raincheck.
- Less than 24 hours before: non-refundable, with no refund, reschedule or raincheck.
If we cancel for weather
We watch conditions closely and will call a tour off before launch for heavy sustained rain, nearby lightning or unsafe high winds. If that happens, you can choose a full refund, a reschedule or a raincheck.
Adjustments that are not cancellations
For less severe conditions, such as high wind or an awkward wind direction, we may move the launch to a safer nearby spot or shift the departure time. We will always let you know before launch. Because the tour is still running, those adjustments are not refundable. If a tour launches and is later cut short by weather, it counts as delivered.
If a tour is running but you decide not to come, or will not take part because of rain or a location change, we cannot refund or reschedule it.
Wrong launch location
We run tours from several launches around the area, and every booking is tied to one specific address. Turning up at a different one is recorded as a no-show. It cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled without booking a new tour at full price. Your booking confirmation text has the exact address, and our Overlook Park directions page covers the Longboat Key launch.
